About us

ChurchCOM was born out of a desire to help churches communicate more effectively without losing their essence. It emerged as one of the pioneering initiatives in Brazil to address church communication and marketing with depth, a ministerial vision, and practical application. Over the years, it has served leaders, teams, and churches in more than 31 countries through content, training, mentoring, workshops, and materials that help transform communication into a tool for mission, clarity, and hospitality.

At the helm of ChurchCOM, Rodrigo Motta has built his career by combining practical experience, strategic vision, and a passion for the local church. As a communications, marketing, and content professional, he has developed projects, training programs, and insights that have made him a leading voice in the dialogue between communication and mission, helping churches and leaders communicate with greater clarity, relevance, and purpose.

Our business

Since 2016, ChurchCOM has been working on various fronts to serve churches in Brazil and abroad in practical and strategic ways: training, content, mentoring, consulting, and resources applicable to daily ministry. In all these areas, the goal remains the same: to help churches and leaders develop communication that is clearer, more welcoming, better organized, and aligned with their mission.
